Totally not dead. stemarie is on the case!

I'm in a different world since I touched this and my deep apologies for not attending to this project.

I've made stemarie a contributor so now he can push things forward.

I've upgraded the project to .NET 4 and I'm going to progressively upgrade to the latest version of Lucene.NET
